- Full Upgrade: This is our newly launched fully upgraded yogurt maker. Compared to the old version, improvements have been made in fermentation temperature control, adjustable temperature and time ranges, appearance, inner bowl capacity, and power. - Precise Temp Control: Uses PTC constant temperature 360° water bath heating with a microcomputer that continuously senses temperature. It strictly controls the temperature within the set range, and maintains it within a ±2 F tolerance for up to 99 hours. - Timer Control: Left two digits on the display show Celsius, right two show time. Presets: yogurt (40-45 C & 1-12 h), rice wine (32-45 C & 1-42 h), natto (36-45 C & 1-24 h), and fermentation (21-48 C & 1-99 h). For example, to make Lactobacillus reuteri yogurt, use rice wine mode with 38 C (100 F) and the default time of 36 hours. - 1.7-Quart Capacity: Square inner pot design maximizes space, ensures even heat distribution, and offers a large single-container capacity. Made of 304 food-grade stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability, unlike glass containers.
