Wholemeal Spelt Flour Eco 500 g

Whole Wheat Flour Eco is the variety of wheat that is best tolerated by the body. Moderately caloric, it has a higher protein content than common wheat. Its carbohydrates are mostly complex and are accompanied by abundant fiber, hence they have a low glycemic index, that is, their assimilation in the body is slow and progressive, providing energy for a long time. Low in fat, mostly monounsaturated, the rest of its components include vitamins of group B and E; minerals such as magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc, selenium or potassium and phytochemical compounds that make it a highly recommended cereal. It is recommended to include both in sweet and savory recipes. If you want to make bread, it is recommended to combine it with a stronger flour. Its use in pizza doughs, empanadas, crepes, cookies or biscuits does not present difficulty and provides delicious results, deep flavors like those of years ago.
