Whole snow mushroom 3 pieces 90 g

In Chinese cuisine, snow mushroom (Tremella fuciformis) is traditionally used in sweet dishes. Although it lacks flavor, it is appreciated for its gelatinous texture. It is typically used to prepare a dessert soup called luk mei, often combined with traditional Chinese dried fruits such as jujube dates and other ingredients, but there are other preparation methods that are more suited to our cuisine. It is high in fiber and a source of protein. It contains no preservatives, flavorings, additives, or colorings. Proteins contribute to: -Increasing muscle mass; -Maintaining muscle mass; -Maintaining normal bones. To use it, soak it in hot water for a couple of hours until it regains its white color and gelatinous texture. You can use it in sweet soups or traditional Chinese salads, or adapt it to your own cuisine. May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
