Description

It is a delicious white sesame paste or tahin, it is a whole sesame peeled by us. To make this paste, a mechanical, unique and original process is used, it does not use salt or chemical additives. White sesame paste retains almost all the nutritional qualities of whole sesame seeds, except for the silicon that is concentrated in the sesame skin. It is dried in the air and then ground with a stone grinder. It naturally contains more lecithin than whole sesame seeds, which makes it easily emulsifiable even in cold water and makes it very practical to use in the kitchen.
