Salud Viva's White Lasagna is an organic product, meaning it's made from wheat semolina grown organically without the use of pesticides or chemicals and contains no irradiated or genetically modified organisms. A very important part in the production of the dough to make this lasagna is extrusion, which keeps the dough below 45º C. This is done under vacuum and at low speed so that the proteins do not denature. Then it is shaped and through a low-temperature drying process and a final 1st quality inspection we obtain the perfect product so that all your recipes have an exquisite taste. It's recommended to soak the sheets in warm water for 15-30 minutes before cooking. Cover the sheets with plastic wrap or baking paper or brush them with oil between each layer to prevent them from sticking. Then, boil the sheets, stirring vigorously in circular motions to create a whirlpool. This will prevent them from sticking together. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. ES-ECO-020-CV
