Description

It has traditionally been indicated for general weakness and, therefore, convalescent states; for insomnia and stress; and to relieve migraines. Organic spelt wheat flakes are the type of wheat that is best tolerated by the body. Moderately caloric, they have a higher protein content than common wheat. Their carbohydrates are mostly complex and are accompanied by abundant fiber, and they are low in fat. It's recommended for soups, creamed soups, salads, stir-fries with vegetables, or creamy risotto-style stews. Cook for 5 minutes or soak for 15-20 minutes.
