If the vinyl siding does not fit, you can put some caulk before painting the block and molding. [Note]: To prevent water from seeping into the distribution box, the top of the electrical box must be sealed (except for the bottom drainage hole). 3.[Easy to install] Quickly and easily install this siding mounting kit. Pass the wires through the center punched hole. Place the wires in the box. There is a drainage hole at the bottom that needs to be kept open to allow water that seeps behind the block to drain out. 4. [Applicable Types] The mounting block allows the installation of lamps on all types of siding, such as T-111, HardiePlank lap vinyl siding. The built-in distribution box makes it more convenient to add lighting to existing siding.
