This guidebook describes a 2 week trail around Shropshire. The 182 mile (290km) route is made up of two loops centred on Shrewsbury and visits Stiperstones, Wenlock Edge, Ironbridge and the Wrekin. It also describes the challenging 20 mile (32km) Stretton Skyline Walk over Shropshire's peaks and ridges, which can be split over two days with an overnight stay in Church Stretton. The guidebook splits the Shropshire Way into 15 stages between 10 to 15 miles long, and the Stretton Skyline Walk into 2 stages. For each stage the guidebook provides an in-depth route description and OS mapping, at a scale of 1:50,000. It also includes information about accommodation, public transport and local services.
