Wakame de Terrasana es un alga de un color verde oscuro, con una textura suave y con un delicioso sabor umami. Se usa frecuentemente en ensaladas y sopas. El wakame es: Auténtica alga japonesas Deliciosa en sopa (de miso) y ensaladas Se recolecta en la bahía ultra limpia de Ise Shima (Japón) Se recomienda romper las tiras en pequeños trozos.
