It does not contain preservatives, colouring agents or synthetic sweeteners.Unlike many ‘supermarket’ probiotics, Vivomixx capsules conatin 112 billion in each capsule.StorageKeep refrigerated (+2-8°C). Vivomixx contains live bacteria which are sensitive to heat, it is therefore important to keep the product refrigerated and away from light at all times. However it may be stored at room temperature (maximum +25°C) for up to 7 days.Recommended daily doseVivomixx CapsulesThe recommended daily dose depends upon the condition being treated. For symptoms such as bloating, flatulence then 1-2 capsules would be sufficient. For more troublesome conditions, then we would recommend 1-4 capsules as a starting dose.Capsules may be taken with a glass of water or opened and mixed in water or yogurt. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
