Each capsule provides 2,000 IU (50 µg) of natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) as well as 90 µg of vitamin K2 in the long-acting form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7). Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) exists in two forms: synthetic MK-4 and natural MK-7. Multiple studies have claimed that the natural form of MK-7 is more bioavailable than synthetic MK-4 and therefore Lamberts uses 96% pure, natural, full-spectrum MK-7 derived from chickpea protein. Vitamin D is provided in the preferred form, which is highly bioavailable and suspended in sunflower seed oil for maximum absorption. High concentration formula, with 50 µg of vitamin D3 and 90 µg of vitamin K2 in each capsule. A researched combination for bone and immune support. Small, easy-to-swallow capsules. Suitable for vegetarians. It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily with food. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
