Vitalon Fer de Plantapol is a food supplement. Vitamin C, B12 and folic acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C, B12 and folic acid contribute to normal psychological function. It is recommended to take one ampoule per day. Take the contents of one ampoule in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach. It can be taken directly or dissolved in 100 ml of water or juice. Shake before opening the ampoule. Food supplements should not be used as part of a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Warning: Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
