It provides 5000 IU of vitamin A whose source is retinyl palmitate. The family of retinoids, active forms of vitamin A, are an essential part of the ocular tissues and the pigments of the retina, they participate in night vision, corneal humidity, color recognition and regeneration of structures retinals (rods and cones). It is recommended from the age of 15, during metabolic changes in adolescents and during pregnancy, especially for vision and immune function, for adults who want to maintain the functionality of their vision, immunity and skin. It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store above 30°C.
