Participates in the process of cell specialization. It is recommended that adults take 0.5 ml once a day, preferably in the morning. The dropper has the measurements printed on it. Place the age-appropriate dose on a spoon to swallow. The doses by age and condition are as follows: Children and adolescents 7 to 17 years: 0.25 ml (7 drops). Over 18 years: 0.5 ml per day (14 drops). During pregnancy and lactation: 1 ml per day (28 drops). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. It is advisable to maintain a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store at a temperature above 30°C.
