Just under a third of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6). Provitamin A (beta carotene which revives the complexion of the face). Vitamin E and phytosterols, good antioxidants. Color and consistency: Yellow oil. Penetrates well. Odor: Discreet and fairly neutral. We recommend: Internal use: Take 10g (1 tablespoon) per day. External use: Ideal for aromatic skin massages, it nourishes and regenerates the skin. Softener and softener for the skin.
