Terrasaba unsweetened sushi vinegar (sweetened), also called genmai su, is an important seasoning in Japanese cuisine. Season rice and sushi salads or mask savory flavors with sushi vinegar. Unsweetened sushi vinegar is also known as 'genmai su' or rice vinegar. You can not only spice up sushi rice, but also make delicious dressings, wok dishes, or hide excess salt. It's also delicious in combination with other Japanese seasonings, such as shoyu, tamari, and sesame oil, or with the sweet counterparts ginger syrup and mirin. Sushi vinegar is made in the authentic Japanese style. It is recommended to use to the taste of the consumer. After opening, store tightly in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max. 20 ° C).
