You'll see how crispy they are Immerse the sheets 1 by 1 in warm water. Do not let them soak for more than 5-10 seconds, they will soften during filling. Fill them with rice noodles, vegetables and, for example, smoked tofu and then dip them in your favorite sauce. Tip: Run the rice paper under the tap for about 10 seconds, making sure it doesn't get too soft. Place it on a board or plate, and watch the paper naturally soften as you fill it.
