This new model, Vegan Milker Soul, incorporates as a novelty the glass cup with a bamboo handle and lid. In addition, it has 100% natural pine wood mortar from sustainable forests in northern Spain.
Vegan Milker Soul is ideal for vegetarians and lactose intolerant people, as well as for all those interested in not generating unnecessary waste and for those who want to avoid cartons for health reasons. In addition, homemade vegetable milks maintain all the medicinal and nutritional properties of the food used to make them.
Vegan Milker Soul by Chufamix is a simple utensil made up of 4 pieces:
Glass: 25 x 12 cm container with borosilicate glass handle, resistant to thermal shock and vibrations from the blender. It has a mark at 0.8 l and at 0.5 l, to add the right amount of water depending on the amount of smoothie we want to make. Filter: It is "the heart" of Vegan Milker. Fits inside the glass. Manufactured with stainless steel of the highest quality, of German origin (AISI 316L). Plastic frame free of BPA, BPS, PVC, bakelite, formaldehyde, phthalates, etc., recyclable and non-biodegradable. Mortar: it is a mallet that adapts to the shape of the filter. With it we put pressure on the pulp, to extract the maximum of liquid from it. This pine wood mortar is 100% natural from sustainable forests in the north of Spain and free of any treatment. Lid: new bamboo lid to close the Vegan Milker and keep your non-dairy milk or juice in the fridge. The bamboo is raw, sustainable and has not received any treatment. With a silica gel ring to fit the lid on the glass (a material similar to silicone but softer and totally harmless and toxic-free).
Vegan Milker does not use "blood minerals" for its manufacture (ie, from countries in war conflict).
With the simple method of putting water in the Vegan Milker glass, crushing and straining (through the filter that Vegan Milker has built in), it is obtained in a matter of... 3 or 4 minutes
vegetable milks and juices:
Nuts: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, chestnuts, coconut... Seeds: sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, canary grass... Tigernut horchata: of course
this was its origin. Learn about the tiger nut, why it is considered a superfood. Cereals and legumes: it is perfect to make vegetable milk from cereals in flakes, in this way no cooking is required. Or with sprouted cereals or pseudocereals, such as sprouted quinoa milk or sprouted buckwheat milk. It can also be made with cereal grains or legumes, although eating cereals and legumes requires cooking. Plant-based milk can be made from: rice, oats, barley, spelt, soy... Many plant-based milk recipes on our blog, in the Plant-Based Milks section. Fruit and/or vegetable juices: with vegetables and water, you just have to blend and strain with Vegan Milker. Various creations: cocktails, milkshakes, liquid gazpachos.
-Nutritional value : homemade vegetable milk maintains all the medicinal and nutritional properties of the food used. Homemade vegetable milks are 5 times more nutritious than industrial milks.
-Avoid plastics : we reduce the consumption of PET bricks or bottles, with which we stop eating plastic and influencing the serious environmental problem that plastics are causing, since in reality the recycling, composting or biodegradation of plastics has not yet been can be considered real.
-Savings : we save money by making our own plant-based milk, since the market price of plant-based milk is high. The Vegan Milker pays for itself after 15 uses: 1 liter of organic oat milk costs 25 cents, soya milk 35 cents, tiger nut milk 1€.
-Variety and versatility : we can make plant-based milks by combining the foods we want, as well as sweeten them or flavor them to our liking, or enrich them with superfoods or any food of our interest. These vegetable milks are used to make vegan yogurts or vegan cheeses. And with Vegan Milker we can also make fruit juices.
-We consume natural and healthy vegetable milks, knowing the ingredients used for its preparation.

Cleaning has no inconvenience, it is quickly washed under the tap with soap and water. No debris remains embedded in the filter, so cleaning is a breeze. In any case, we recommend you follow the following tips for good cleaning and maintenance of the Vegan Miker filter:
Remove the pulp from the filter immediately after making the horchata or vegetable milk. To do this, use a long wooden spoon or spatula. When making viscous vegetable milks such as oatmeal or flax, clean the filter with hot water and soap. After a lot of time and use, a dark colored layer may appear in the corners of the filter as a result of the accumulation of minute remnants of pulp. To remove them, submerge the filter in a container with water and baking soda (2 tablespoons of baking soda / 1 liter of water) and clean with the help of a toothpick or toothbrush. This cleaning procedure is punctual, it should only be carried out when the accumulation of pulp is observed in the corners.
