Valerian retard 1100mg 30 tablets

Valerian helps promote sleep and physical and mental well-being in cases of stress and tension. The synergy between the essential oil and valepotriates is attributed to its tranquilizing, hypnotic, antispasmodic, muscle relaxant, mild hypotensive, and anticonvulsant effects. It is indicated for anxiety, insomnia, irritability, high blood pressure, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal spasms, gastralgia, myalgia, muscle contractures, dysmenorrhea, and menopausal disorders, asthma, and nervous bronchospasms. It is an adjuvant in the treatment of childhood seizures and epilepsy (treatment directed by a medical specialist). It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day in the afternoon or 20 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children under 12 years of age. Keep the container tightly closed in a dry, cool environment and protected from light.
