This is a definitive guidebook covering both the trad and sport multi-pitch rock climbing found in the Val di Mello, which has some of the best rock climbing in the Alps.  Due to its huge, towering granite walls, Val di Mello is often described as “Little Yosemite” and has 100’s of long multi-pitch routes across all grades and styles.  The big wall mountaineering routes are up to 800m long though there are also many routes around 200m to 300m long.  The granite rock here is solid, clean and featured with many cracks, corners and grooves. In total 43 separate climbing areas are described, detailing many 100’s of multi-pitch routes.
