Uroclean by VitalBallance is a compound based on Vaccinium macrocarpon extract, which has been shown to have properties that promote good urinary health. Its main active ingredient is a flavonoid, proanthocyanidin (PAC), which has the property of binding irreversibly to the fimbriae of E. coli, the pathogen that causes 80% of urinary problems. PACs create a hostile environment for bacteria (because they cause acidification of the urine), which do not find a favorable environment for their multiplication and therefore, it controls and eliminates the external agent. Consumption of this supplement reduces the duration of symptoms associated with the attack of acute external agents on the urinary tract. This controlled release formula of Uroclean helps to prolong the effect of PACs and, ultimately, preserve urinary health and improve quality of life. Uroclean also helps deodorize urine, which is important for patients with urinary incontinence. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day before going to bed.
