A set of 8 half stick soft pastels specially curated to capture dove grey skies and the rich dark hues of winter, with the inclusion of a soft yellow pastel to enhance the warm glow of a winter’s day.Despite manufacturing over half a million individual sticks a year, Unison Colour soft pastels are still completely hand made. They are mixed on meticulous recipes and are based on traditional pigments such as cadmiums, cobalts, and natural and synthetic earths.Each pastel is handmade in the UK using the finest artist-quality pigments, delivering unmatched softness, colour intensity, and blendability. The half-stick format offers excellent value and portability – perfect for plein air painting, travel, or on-the-go sketching.Half sticks measure approximately 2.5 x 1.2 x 1.2 cm.Colours included: Yellow 6, Brown Earth 35, Blue Violet 15, Grey 7, Additional 3, Grey 33, Additional 51, Dark 23.
