It is a natural product obtained from the fermentation of cereals such as barley or wheat thanks to the microorganism saccharomyces cerevisiae, a yeast commonly used for brewing beer. It comes in the form of flakes that have undergone a washing process (non-abrasive), which makes it great for seasoning your dishes and benefiting from all its nutritional properties. It is recommended to be consumed directly or added to vegetable drinks, juices, yogurts or sprinkled on salads or soups. May contain traces of gluten, nuts, soy, sesame and sulphites.
