Operation and behavior When the input power is available, the load is supplied directly from the power source through the boost circuit. When the input power is removed, the battery path automatically powers the load via the boost circuit. When input power returns, power is supplied from the main source and the battery is charged. If a fault occurs after a shortcircuit is detected, the output is disabled; 5V charging is automatically activated and reoutput once safe.
