Tulsi (also called Tulasi or Thulasi) has been used for thousands of years to support a healthy stress response, natural detoxification, increase stamina and energy, and restore balance and harmony. It is recommended to add 200ml of freshly boiled water on a bag and let it rest for 5-10 min. If you wish you can add honey or your favorite sweetener. To enjoy an intense iced Tulsi tea: pour 2 cups of freshly boiled water into 4 teabags, let steep for 20 minutes. Remove the bags and add 2 cups of cold water and some sweetener if you wish.
