Triptomax by Esteve is a food supplement made with tryptophan, magnesium, vitamins and iron. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that helps our body produce serotonin. The human body uses tryptophan to achieve optimal levels of serotonin, an important neurotransmitter for the body due to its modulating effect on a considerable number of functions, including mood regulation. It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, preferably before breakfast or one of the main meals. If preferred, the doses can be divided: 1 tablet before breakfast and 1 tablet before one of the main meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
