Triphala is a combination of three fruits, harada, amla, and behada, which has been used in Ayurvedic herbalism for thousands of years. It has been used historically as a digestive cleanser and toner. Amla: helps support digestion, maintains intestinal tract function, contributes to physical well-being, helps promote regularity, and supports better bowel performance. Behada: helps maintain the strength of the lining of the digestive tract. Harada: helps to balance and maintain the regularity of elimination, helps to keep the digestive tract free of parasites and helps a good digestion. It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day between meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
