What is Tribulus Terristris?
Tribulus Terrestris, or Gokshura, is a small plant found growing in many places around the world, including Asia and Africa.
It was traditionally used in Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurveda medicine for a variety of health reasons including supporting the urinary tract, increasing testosterone and improving libido.
Nowadays, the roots and fruits of the plant are used as a general health supplement and more specifically to reduce blood sugar levels. Studies have found that Tribulus Terrestris may help to prevent high cholesterol levels and protect against blood vessel damage.
Ingredients Per Serving (1 Capsule): Brown Rice Flour, Tribulus Terrestris (from 35:1 Extract), Vegetarian Capsule (Hypromellose).
Recommended Dose: Take 1 capsule daily (2500mg) with a meal.
