Apply first to the roots and, after 10 minutes, to the rest of the hair. Use gloves and prepare only what is necessary for each section.Exposure time: Leave on for 25–45 minutes (less for fine, bleached or permed hair). You can use a cap to increase heat.Wash and condition: Wash with shampoo until the water runs clear.
