Now Thyroid Energy is a complete nutritional supplement to support a healthy thyroid gland. Now has combined iodine and tyrosine, the two components necessary for the synthesis of thyroid secretions. The minerals selenium, zinc, and copper have been added as necessary cofactors for normal thyroid function. In addition, Thyroid Energy has the Ayurvedic herbal extract ashwagandha to complement its nutritional support components. It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, preferably divided with meals. For adults only. Consult your doctor if you are taking medication (especially thyroid medication, which alters mood and depresses the central nervous system) or have a medical condition (especially ulcers or diagnosed thyroid conditions). May cause mild, transient gastrointestinal upset. Discontinue use if gastrointestinal symptoms persist. Discontinue use if rash/itching occurs.
