Description

Tensinox is a food supplement based on L-tryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, vitamin D3, vitamin B2 and niacin, useful as an aid for muscle tension linked to daily stress. L-Tryptophan is the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood. Vitamin D3 and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium, along with niacin and vitamin B2, also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Take 2 tablets a day separate from meals, with an interval of at least 10 hours between the two intakes. Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight.
