Properties of Arafarma's Tenflex Tenflex contributes to the formation and maintenance of the condition of connective tissue, especially the pelvic floor ligaments. Its formula provides the nutrients needed to improve collagen and proteoglycan synthesis, which are essential for the body's recovery after childbirth. It is recommended to take one sachet daily in 200 ml of water. For better dissolution, slowly pour the contents of the sachet into the glass while stirring with a spoon. Tenflex is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. There are no clinical studies of Tenflex during pregnancy; its use is not recommended unless otherwise indicated. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
