About Nature's Tarragon Essential Oil is 100% pure and natural obtained by steam distillation of the leaves of Artemisia dracunculus L. It is ideal to use as a food flavoring. The Tarragon, perennial and bushy plant, originating from the steppes of Central Asia, occupies the seventh place in the French production of aromatic plants. Used as a condiment in many preparations (béarnaise sauce, mustard, flavored vinegar), it is the subject of various and varied myths and has been used for years.
