The Lurch Tango Stainless Steel Serving Spatula is a triangular pastry spatula for serving cakes, with a polypropylene handle. Indispensable in the kitchen, this cake spatula has one of its serrated edges to facilitate the cutting of soft-textured preparations such as cakes, tarts, biscuits, quiches, empanadas, etc. The polypropylene handle (safe material free of BPA and phthalates) provides an ergonomic and non-slip grip allowing the spatula to be used safely. In addition, at the end of the handle there is a ring to hang the spatula and take up less space. Stainless Steel Cake Spatula Features - Lurch 18/8 stainless steel cake spatula and polypropylene handle, safe BPA free material. Does not transmit odors or flavors to food. Total length of 27 cm and 5 cm in diameter. Blade length 11 cm. Ergonomic easy-grip handle with hanger at one end. Dishwasher safe.
