Tamarind concentrate is three times stronger than natural tamarind. It is ideal for preparing Indian and Malaysian dishes, suitable for preparing special spicy sauces and refreshing drinks.
Tamarind has a pleasantly acidic taste that occurs in almost all Thai meals. Tamarind is rich in fiber, proteins, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamin C. Due to the acid content, it is slightly laxative.
USE
It adds where acid taste such as Curry, Laksy, Sambalo and other favorite recipes are required. Recipe for refreshing drink: 1 teaspoon of tamarind paste, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 250ml of water.
