Tahin Di La Finestra Sul Cielo tahini is a cream obtained from the simple grinding of sesame. It therefore contains all the nutritional richness of this seed. It is very versatile, it is used as an ingredient to prepare creams, sauces, desserts, etc. It can also be used as it is to dress directly in the dish, alone or with other ingredients, or to spread on bread or puffed biscuits, for example with the addition of malt or honey. It is recommended to spread it on bread, biscuits or rice wafers. You can sweeten the preparation with cereal malt or honey, or make it salty with a few drops of soy sauce. It is also a suitable ingredient for preparing puddings and cakes.
