Supradyn® Sleep Gummies is a dietary supplement that contains melatonin, vitamin B6, and a combination of natural origin extracts of Melissa and Passionflower that help you fall asleep. Supradyn® Sleep Gummies is specially formulated for adults who have trouble falling asleep, because it is known that sleeping well is essential for our health and well-being. It does not create dependence. Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep; this effect is achieved with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. Melatonin helps relieve the subjective feeling of jet lag; this effect is achieved with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin (see directions for use). Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function. Adults from 18 years old. To help fall asleep: 1 gummy per day, shortly before going to bed (30 minutes to 2 hours before lying down). To relieve jet lag: 1 gummy per day, shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arriving at the destination.
