Super 6 Yeast 100g
100g of high alcohol yeast that is both temperature tolerant and low odour. The sachet is suitable for fermenting 6kg of table sugar made up to 23 liters with cool water.
This yeast will happily ferment at between 20 - 30 degrees Celsius, but 28 is optimal.
Fermentation typically takes 7 days.
This yeast claims to be fully stackable e.g. 2 sachets can be combined to ferment 46 liters of wash.
