Description

Organic Baby Veal Bone Broth is simmered for 20 hours, dissolving valuable nutrients such as collagen, amino acids and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) from the bones and binding them to the broth. We only use organic pasture-raised calf bones from organic farming. It is made with bones with a high collagen content (calf feet, ankles, kneecaps and thighs). As a base for the beef bone broth, we cook a homemade vegetable broth from organic vegetables. The ingredients come from farmers in the region surrounding our production in Bavaria. A spiced recipe (eg Bertram, Quendel, Hyssop) makes this beef bone broth especially beneficial. How do you use suckling calf bone broth? As a daily health routine to provide collagen and amino acids. To enhance smoothies - with collagen and protein from bone broth. For dieting or fasting (only 28 kcal per 350ml). As a natural source of protein and amino acids after exercise. As a base for tasty recipes (eg soups, sauces, roasts).
