Add a heaped dessert spoon (5g of product) and dissolve in 100ml of previously boiled water. For consumption by adults, the water can be cold or hot. For consumption by babies, cool to approximately 40ºC. Discard the product two hours after preparation. It is recommended to limit your consumption to 100ml per day. During the first 6 months of life, breastfeeding is recommended as the only source of nutrition. As this is a product that contains sugar, do not prolong the intake periods.
