Spirulina is a food supplement based on spirulina grown in controlled ponds free of contaminants that offers great benefits to the body, providing a large number of nutrients. Spirulina is a spiral-shaped freshwater blue microalgae (hence its name) that is mainly characterized by its richness in proteins (65%-75% digestible proteins) and amino acids. With 1,000mg of Spirulina per tablet, it also provides large doses of vitamin B12, carotene, beta-carotene, vitamin E, chlorophyll, gamma-linolenic acid, iron and many other nutrients of high nutritional value. *The packaging received may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day for two weeks, and after this period, gradually increase to 4 or 5 tablets a day. It is preferable to space out the intake with medications. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.
