Sparx Slip Ring Starter Pack (3 Rings)

Sparx Grinding Ring Starter Pack – Three Rings for Getting Started. The starter pack contains the three rings you need to get started right away at home. According to Sparx, these are the three most commonly used grinding patterns. This way you can try out different grinds to find the one that suits you best. The set includes: 1/2" radius (12.7 mm): the most commonly used hollow grind; 5/8" radius (15.9 mm): shallower hollow grind with more glide; 1/2" FIRE (12.7 mm): flat-bottom grind – grip like 1/2", glide like 11/16", according to Sparx. Lifespan: According to Sparx, one grinding ring is sufficient for approximately 60 pairs of skates on average – calculated with three passes per grind. If you grind with more passes, it will be fewer pairs. A chip in the ring stores the remaining lifespan. The machine displays this and indicates when the ring needs to be replaced. Compatibility: For the Sparx ES200 and Sharpener 3 (ES300) grinding machines. Good to know: The starter pack is only available in this fixed configuration.
