It is obtained from soybean seeds from non-genetically modified crops, which have certified traceability. It is presented in a granular form and its flavor has nuances that are reminiscent of the flavor of nuts. The IP certification guarantees the absence of genetically modified organisms in the entire process of obtaining lecithin, ranging from its origin to the final product. Guaranteeing, in addition, that it has been elaborated in a way that respects the environment. It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablespoons in one of the main meals, either alone or incorporated into meals (yogurt, salads, legumes), since it has a neutral flavor and would not alter the taste of the food.
