Vitamin B12, or cobalamin, 1000 µg Nuggets is a naturally occurring B-Complex vitamin in a sublingual form, that promotes the health of the circulatory and nervous systems and supports energy metabolism. Ingredients Each nugget provides: % EC RDA* Bulking Agent: mannitol Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 1000 µg 40000 Anti-caking Agents: vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate Cellulose Gum Flavour: natural cherry *EC RDA = EC Recommended Daily Allowance FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soya, Yeast, Preservatives, Artificial Flavours or Colours SUGGESTED USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) nugget daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be placed between the cheek and gum or under the tongue and allowed to dissolve. Nugget may also be chewed or swallowed whole. Do not exceed directions for use.
