To remove makeup from your eyes: To avoid puffiness or the appearance of fine lines, soak your cotton ball with cleansing milk. Place it over your closed eye and let it work for ten seconds while the product dissolves makeup (makeup, eyeliner, etc.). Then remove it by sliding it from the root of the lashes to the tip and from the corner of the eye outwards.
