The Lurch Tango Small Stainless Steel Whisk 22x3 cm is a balloon or ball-type whisk with stainless steel rods and a rounded handle, from the Lurch Tango series. Indispensable in confectionery and cooking in general: to make caramel strings, whip egg whites, prepare bechamel, mix dry or wet dough avoiding the formation of lumps, whip cream, roll eggs for an omelette...etc. The polypropylene handle (safe material free of BPA and phthalates) of the whisk has a rounded shape to facilitate its use and handling, providing an ergonomic and non-slip grip. In addition, at the end of the handle there is a ring to hang the whisk and take up less space. Characteristics of the stainless steel wire whisk - Lurch 18/8 stainless steel wire whisk and polypropylene handle, safe BPA-free material. Does not transmit odors or flavors to food. Ergonomic easy-grip handle with hanger at one end. Dishwasher safe. It is recommended to use to mix small amounts such as dressings, sauces or dressings. Store in a cool, dry place
