Equilibra fine and organic herbal tea is a food supplement based on Mate, Green Tea, Birch, Gramigna and Red Vine associated with Artichoke extract, which promotes the purifying functions of the body. Lemon peel and lemongrass complete the mix. It is recommended to use 1 infuser sachet for 1 cup of boiling water (200 ml). Take 1 to 2 filters per day. Leave to infuse for about 3 minutes (preferably covered). In cold infusion Leave to infuse for about 7 to 10 minutes. Use 2 infuser sachets in 1 bottle of 500 ml. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be used as part of an adequate low calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods of more than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Contains caffeine (119 mg per maximum daily dose). Not recommended for children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed a maximum daily caffeine intake from all sources of 400 mg. Store in a cool, dry place.
