This listing is for 4 piece/s.Rubber seating rings can be fitted to all SKF insert bearings, except those with a standard inner ring. They are primarily intended to cushion insert bearings in pressed steel plummer block housings, and dampen vibration and noise. They also enable the bearings to be displaced slightly in their housings to accommodate minor shaft expansion or misalignment. Rubber seating rings are located on the bearing outer ring and in the housing bore. Made of NBR, they are able to withstand temperatures ranging from -30 to 100°C.
