Description

Shoyu by La Finestra Sul Cielo is prepared with soy, wheat and sea salt, it has a more delicate and less salty flavor than the tamari. Prepared with the best traditional methods (fermented 18 months in wooden barrels). To be used directly in the pact with rice, pasta, salads, sushi, etc. The fermentation process enriches it with enzymes that stimulate digestion and the proteins in which they are rich contribute to complete a mainly vegetarian diet. The Shoyu is pasteurized for one hour at 82 ° to avoid degradation and stop fermentation, the high water content in fact would not allow its conservation in any other way.
