The midfoot webbing provides a snug fit, while the Trailframe underfoot provides support, especially when carrying heavy loads.Important Foot length and insole length.Remember that the foot length you get during measurement will not be identical to the insole length. About 0.5 cm is usually added to the result, especially if the shoes are not made of leather and will definitely not stretch.Different rules apply when choosing sports shoes, e.g. for running, football or trekking. Depending on their purpose, you need to add about 1 cm or even more to the result. With long-term exertion, feet swell slightly, so you should not buy shoes that are close together.
